I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people with ADHD. The daily hassles and stressors common in ADHD can also create symptoms of anxiety and depression which can be addressed through this evidence-based therapy. I will guide you as you get in touch with yourself to clarify your values and determine what you really want to focus on in life.
