Currently Accepting Individuals and Couples! Life can feel messy some days. Our most important relationships can suffer leaving us feeling alone, hurt, betrayed and just plain stuck! We were designed for connection and without it we struggle. We have a deep down desire to be seen, heard and known. When we can't find connection in our most important relationships we may rely on strategies that serve us for a season but are not sustainable for our healing and growth.
I consider it a privilege to come alongside clients, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to help individuals and couples get unstuck, and repair. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helping couples explore relational patterns and addressing areas of connection and intimacy. Additional training in AEDP, EMDR, IFS
I have experience with adolescents, emerging adults, couples and families. I have spent over a decade working with college students and am able to assist students and families with navigating areas of transition, boundaries and identifying underlying emotions and needs. I am convinced that we all possess inner resources and have the capacity to heal & grow.
