I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am here to help with your mental health needs. With over 25 years of experience, I am equipped to treat anxiety, depression, as well as trauma. I also work with relationship challenges for adults, children, and families. I work with adults, children, and families of varying backgrounds. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma as well as relationship and life stage/transition challenges.
Overall, I feel I integrate several approaches to provide holistic care. I find emotional education helpful for all of my clients. Understanding how emotions work and show up and their purpose can change your outlook and acceptance of them. I also use Mindfulness-based therapy, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
I work to create a safe, relaxed environment for clients to engage and learn about themselves. I aim to create a trusting relationship where you can feel comfortable exploring your emotions and receive helpful feedback.
