About
I have long had a passion to help people and am so grateful for the chance to do so as a therapist. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages on an individual basis or in a family setting. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. As a marriage and family therapist I see the value in including family when desired to increase success. I have extensive knowledge working with individuals with drug and alcohol addiction and their families.
I am an integrative therapist meaning that I use a client centered approach and design our interactions around what I feel like will be most helpful to them. I have experience using CBT, Solution Focused therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Acceptance and Change therapy.
I currently have a waitlist, but the wait time often changes throughout the year. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions including setting up a free 15 min. phone consultation or questions about my availability. I look forward to hearing from you.
