Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, BPD, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, addiction, immigration, sexuality, eating disorders, or navigating life's transitions, my approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to your specific needs. I work with compassion & honesty; offering support as we collaborate to find solutions that empower you.
My experience as a medic in the US Air Force, in EMS, & in nursing, gave me a deep understanding of the connection between mind & body; as well as the resilience that can come from facing difficult circumstances. I incorporate a blend of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, & solution-focused therapy to help you achieve your goals.
I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life, including veterans, EMS/PD professionals, first-generation Americans, the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone navigating trauma, personality disorders, dissociative identity disorder, or addiction. No two people are the same, & no one completely fits into a mold—so I don’t believe therapy should either
