I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor specializing in trauma, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, and women’s mental health. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach to help you heal, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and collaborative. I blend CBT, somatic work, and mindfulness to help you understand patterns, process experiences, and build healthier coping skills. Together, we’ll create a safe space to support healing, strengthen boundaries, and foster lasting change.
I work best with women healing from trauma, narcissistic abuse, substance abuse, and high-conflict relationships, as well as those navigating bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I help you process experiences, rebuild self-trust, set boundaries, and develop healthier coping patterns to move forward with clarity.

I’ll assist you in challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck while creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.
