Therapy can be used to help identify unhealthy patterns and emotional triggers. I use CBT to help people manage anxiety and depression. I also use Exposure and Response Prevention strategies to help people overcome fears and increase courage to live life differently. Additionally, as a Certified Financial Social Worker I help increase financial literacy.
