Together, we will gently explore and uncover root issues and create solutions to emotional roadblocks that are keeping you from living your best life.
Many adults struggle with relational challenges and emotional roadblocks or dysregulation that can stem from trauma, anxiety, sadness, grief and loss, and major life transitions. My work is trauma- and attachment-informed, grounded in compassion and nervous system awareness. Understanding your attachment style can transform your life trajectory.
