I enjoy helping individuals and couples of all backgrounds unlock their potential for self healing through the use of EMDR, mindfulness, parts work, somatic integration and a variety of creative, holistic modalities. I prefer approaches that help us integrate and unify the mind, body, heart and spirit so we may feel whole again. Transformation is possible!
I continue to walk my own journey of recovery and understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help.
