My vision is to help empower and encourage individuals to gain awareness of their goals, beliefs, and identities. I enjoy providing a non-judgmental, safe space for all emotions and experiences to be heard. I utilize techniques such as Art Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, and TF-CBT. I’m passionate about helping individuals identify their values and intentions while guiding them towards self-actualization. I acquire positive confrontation leadership skills. I enjoy working in a team environment where I can continue to learn from others and challenge myself.

As a therapist, I have a unique background. Once upon a time I was Bartender, Cashier, Carhop, Food Service Manager, Custodian, Jailer, Dispatcher, Reserve officer, and/or an Artist. Although I have worked in several different fields, my passion has always been mental health.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Art Therapy at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNA in Florence, Alabama. I provide in person and telehealth services
