About
Often times in life, hardship and trauma force us to sever the connection to our authentic self in order to survive. This may show up in your life as anxiety or depression, difficulty in managing your emotions, or maybe it's just noticing that it's a little harder to make it through each day. Whatever needs may be seeking your attention, I am here to offer empathetic and compassionate support. My goal in working with clients is to help them discover ways they can leave survival mode behind and regain access to their intuition and authentic self.
I believe the most important question to be asked and understood is "What happened to you?" To do this, I draw from a variety of trauma-informed therapeutic techniques that begin with a strong foundation based in attachment theory and internal family systems and will adjust the therapeutic experience based on each individuals needs and aspirations.
I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are and strive to always maintain a non-judgmental space for growth and healing. If I seem like a possible match for you, please reach out through my website for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
