With experience in the residential and outpatient mental healthcare, I am prepared to support you with compassion in times of calm and times of crisis. I take a great deal of pride in providing an emotionally safe place for clients of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs. I hope to provide a space of healing for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or personality disorders.
I'm so grateful for the experiences I have had in my life. I was born and raised in Southern California with a very blended family. After serving in the USAF, I completed my bachelor's degree in law. I then moved on to complete my Master of Social Work from University of Southern California, while being a stay at home mom to our five kids.
My experiences have allowed me to grow my empathy and open mindedness when working with clients. It can be a daunting process to find a therapist that is a good fit for yourself and your family.
