I am a LICSW with more than 15 years working with children, teens, adolescents, and adults with social-emotional behavioral disabilities, generalized anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD from multiple cultures and ethnic backgrounds. I am passionate about researching and discovering new ways how to help a client.
What’s most important is that whoever you seek therapy with, you feel comfortable with that provider. My specific therapy style is very direct and extremely engaging. What you’re going through puts enough stress on the body, so I strive to incorporate humor and enlightenment in each session.
