EMDR is an evidence-based approach which desensitizes distressing memories that impair your current quality of life. Once these memories are "unlocked", the brain processes past/present/future information more effectively. Also trained in "Prepare/Enrich", the leading relationship inventory and skill-building program for Pre-Marital/ Marriage counseling.
