I've been working as a mental health professional since 2018 and I have worked with children (ages 8 & up), teens, and adults experiencing various struggles such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life changes, and trauma among other issues. My therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, MI, and person-centered therapy.
Often our hardest step in this journey is the first one: the step of first asking for help, but this is also the most important step of all.
