Using a holistic approach, I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups as well as life coaching, spiritual direction, corporate consultation and organizational conflict resolution, especially for religious institutions. I utilize systems thinking including structural/strategic and solution oriented modalities, object relations, cognitive-behavioral therapy, group therapy, bibliotherapy, gestalt, bioenergetics, psychodrama, breath work, hypnosis, and meditation techniques. I am experienced in many metaphors having been also a farmer, a truck driver, a builder, a clergyperson, a teaching psychologist, a college professor, a research chemist, and a published writer.
I am a poet, writer, teacher, corporate manager and contemplative, homeopath, biochemist and studied in body work. As your therapist/coach I am a guide, resource bank, and teacher of choice. I help you to heal yourself and sort out your system, which requires active participation on your part.
As an existential/transpersonal therapist, I am interested in developing your emotional, cognitive, and/or spiritual resources so you can successfully overcome your difficulties as soon as possible. Being broadly trained, I can tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs. For your convenience we offer day and evening appointments.
