Groups
Mindfulness Group
This group will teach you how to ground and develop coping mechanisms for everyday stress and events that happen. I will teach you how to self-soothe and connect to your present self to help manage anger, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. In this group you will be able to share stressors and have group support in addition to learning mindful tools to decrease stress. I will also add at the end some sound healing. I charge $60.00 for the group. This group will start May 2025 and will last for 6 weeks.

Men's Sexual Trauma Group
This group focuses on others having a safe space to share their traumas and learn how to develop safety. In this group you will also learn coping mechanisms to deal with an intrusive thoughts and flashbacks. We will also incorporate some principles of EMDR in the group which sets it a part from anything that is out there right now.
