What would it feel like to have someone help you navigate life’s challenges? Using an integrative approach, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand feelings of anxiety, sadness, frustration, and how to manage them. We discuss what you wish to get out of therapy and, using techniques from evidence-based approaches, work towards making sure you get the most out of our time together. My training includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy.
I have experience working with those in transition, such as college students, early career professionals, career-changers, and new parents. I have a specialized interest and experience in fertility and perinatal/postpartum concerns. Additionally, I have experience in helping people explore their identities and the role they may play in one's well-being.
I provide a nonjudgmental space for you to share and process stressors, better understand yourself, learn emotional literacy, or improve relationships with others. I offer in-person therapy in DC and Virginia and telehealth in DC/VA/MD & PsyPact states. If you are interested in seeing if we are a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute virtual consultation.
