I have close to 25 years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and social worker. After all of these years, I remain 100% motivated in assisting my clients with getting them to where they want to be their in lives. I have had a very interesting and diverse career serving families, adolescents/children and couples in various settings. My extensive experience, training, and skill sets help my clients achieve their treatment goals which leads them to having healthier and happier lives. Also, I was previously in the military and love working with that population and their families.

My goal as a clinician is to help clients cope with everyday stressors including anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, grief, and more. I have a particular interest in helping those who have recently been diagnosed or are living with cancer, and working to support them through that transition. I have extensive experience working in outpatient and hospital settings with individuals facing a cancer diagnosis and their loved ones. I hope to provide all of my clients with a welcoming environment and safe space to explore their emotions and build on their existing skills to feel more in control of their lives.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who guides individuals to become their best self. I have helped clients transition to college, fostered a safe space for LGBTQ community members to "come out," valued grief therapy, and emphasized the power of mindfulness, meditation and self-awareness. I have worked with both victims and offenders of domestic violence and facilitated groups for Alternatives to Abuse. I have provided both individual and group Sexual Assault counseling and led groups for both survivors and their significant others.

In your first visit, we will set goals for treatment to ensure that you are not in therapy longer than is needed.

Narcissistic abuse in a relationship diminishes your self esteem, self confidence & overall self worth. Gaslighting, meaning you begin to question your own reality, is just one of the many aspects of this abuse. Depression, Anxiety and PTSD are also common symptoms of this abuse. I have 27 yrs. experience as a therapist & my area of expertise is treating victims of narcissistic abuse/trauma.
