I incorporate EMDR, meditation, imagery, yoga, energy work, sand tray therapy, and other body practices into the healing process. Even more importantly though, I trust in each person's internal compass and innate healing ability. You know best what is right for you. My role is to help you get better in tune with that knowing.
As a cancer survivor, I have a special interest in supporting those whose lives have been touched by cancer and other life-threatening or chronic diseases.
