I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and have extensive experience with transgender folks, as well as individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and somatic trauma experience. I believe that traumatic experiences can manifest in both emotional and physical ways, which is why I offer a somatic approach to therapy. Through this method, I pay close attention to the body and its sensations in order to help clients work through trauma and build resilience.
