I bring compassion and empathy to create a safe place for you to look carefully at what's causing difficulties in your personal or work life. Those come from self-doubt, grief, changing circumstances. I know different people need different approaches. I help people find more skillful ways to think and act. I help parents regain leadership in their families. I know young people don't need lectures. To quiet traumatic memories without re-exposure, I use EMDR. My clients learn Mindfulness Stress Reduction to manage stress daily.

TELETHERAPY Ideally, I want to create an environment that allows my clients to find their way, learn about themselves, and grow to be leaders in their treatment. The approaches I use give clients the ability to take the initiative, evaluate and then make a plan of action. Making the decision to enter into therapy is a challenge in itself. But in the end I want to meet the client where they are at and go from there. Where applicable I use Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, play therapy, career/coaching and other modalities in practice.
