My experience working with adults includes working with depression and anxiety, existential/mid-life crises, relationship issues and infidelity, life-transitions, parenting challenges, traumatic memories, overcoming shame, family of origin and attachment issues, anger issues, and more. I enjoy working with couples, too.
My clients appreciate my easy, direct, conversational approach to therapy. I draw on influences from a number of schools of thought in my style, however I tend to be psychodynamic at heart. My interests include travel, writing and reading poetry, art, jogging, and yoga.
