Nature is our best ally for optimal health and wellness. Gardenwood was created to maximize it's healing powers and clients are able to utilize indoor and outdoor spaces during their sessions. You are welcome to be an active participant in the creation of the healing garden under development on the grounds.
I utilize Nature, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Meditation techniques in my work with you. Reiki and herbalism are also included in my therapeutic modality.
