Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional with a private practice in Westfield, MA. My office is close to Holyoke Community College, and eight minutes from the Holyoke Mall. I specialize in co-morbid disorders, such as; anxiety, depression, women's transitional issues, and trauma. Assisting with transitional and family issues, such as; divorce, parenting, and grief. We focus on addressing your therapeutic goals through trauma-informed care and individualized treatment planning. Our practice welcomes clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences in hopes of reaching underprivileged communities, and those facing adversity in their life. We hope to provide a nonjudgemental, open space for you to care for your mental health with the help of a supportive clinician who can provide clinical expertise and insight along the way.

I welcome children, youth and adults to my therapy practice. At this time I am still accepting new clients and am offering in person and video sessions for clients who are. It is my intention that, during this difficult and challenging time, no one who wishes to have therapy with me will be denied appointments due to a lack of electronic equipment. The focus of my therapy continues to be supporting individuals, whatever their age, who are recovering from traumatic experiences.

Collaborative treatment planning with my client allows for goals and objectives to be identified. Clients will begin the healing process using a variety of techniques, interventions, and theoretical approaches. In addition to outpatient therapy, I also serve as Guardian Ad Litem to Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden County probate courts evaluating high conflict/custody agreements and parenting plans.

My years of experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, clinical therapy. I provide supportive space to individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in treating people for anxiety, depression, recovery from trauma, grief, substance abuse, school phobia, learning disabilities and neurological and cognitive differences. As an adjunct to traditional talk therapy, I am certified in and use the following techniques to enhance treatment as needed: Clinical Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and ear acupressure as part of therapy sessions.
