Welcome! I offer clinical treatment to people experiencing trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, & issues of identity (race, gender, sexuality, culture). Traumatic experiences have a way of shackling themselves to the body, whether they are accumulated over time or single incidents which compromised our safety. We seek to protect ourselves from a world that failed to protect us, often coping in ways that hurt in the long run. In our work together we will identify sources of pain, the impact they have on your life, & determine ways to reclaim power so that your body becomes a place of safety rather than a site of trauma.

Colorful Resilience LLC is a Queer Afro-Latina owned mental health group practice providing services -primarily, but not exclusively- to the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first generation and immigrant communities. Our clinicians are proud representatives or unapologetic allies of all the communities we serve.

I see clients virtually in California and Florida and in person in western Ma. People enter my therapy practice for all sorts of reasons. You may be at an impasse or a crossroads due to the loss of a relationship, a big life decision or general anxiety that you can no longer bear on your own. You may be suffering from the wounds of homophobia, transphobia, racism, white supremacy and patriarchy, on top of other traumas and early childhood wounds. Regardless, I seek to offer a safe space for you to access a deeper understanding of yourself and your underlying needs and motives, as well as a personal sense of freedom and empowerment.

My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, self harm, communication or relationship issues, disorganized thinking, or just finding and expressing their authentic selves.

I am the founding executive director/owner of Aeon Counseling & Consulting, a company that empowers individuals and organizations to achieve their missions. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience working with couples, families, adolescents, adults, and children. I graduated from Simmons College of Social Work with a master's degree, and enthusiastically work to help my clients make lasting, visible changes. Together, we can uncover new ways to make meaningful change, by identifying weaknesses and strengths and developing a plan.

I provide individual therapy with adults who are ready for change. This may be dealing with issues like ruminating thoughts, anxiety attacks, disassociation, flashbacks, obsessions and compulsions, triggers and cognitive distortions Etc. I specialize in anxiety/panic, PTSD, CPTSD, depression, DID, schizophrenia, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+-related issues as well as many other conditions.
