Center Point Therapy Group is an outpatient therapy and assessment practice that specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidenced-based and effective approach to treating psychological and behavioral concerns. CBT involves identifying and changing thought and behavior patterns that drive negative emotions and give rise to difficulties in your life through an active collaboration between the clinician and client. We are here to help.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of NJ and LA. I have over 10 years of experience and am passionate about helping adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and cancer.
