Accepting New Clients- Walking through the doors is the first and most important step in one’s journey of therapy. I am passionate about helping and supporting you through difficult times. I know that each client is their own person, so I meet each client where they are emotionally and mentally, modifying my treatment approach to best aid each client in achieving their goals.

I assume you're here because you're struggling in some way, and that whatever you've been doing in your life to deal with your pain simply isn't working any longer. My clients usually find me through some kind of loss - a divorce or relationship upset, illness, or other transitional experience, often accompanied by difficult feelings and behaviors. For more than 15 years I've been working with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to get in touch with their feelings and emotions, related to these painful experiences.

My techniques include EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, research-backed therapies that often work for people who have made slow or no progress with other therapies. I work from a somatic and body centered and psycho-dynamic approaches that meets the needs of teens and women with childhood trauma, addictions, anxiety and eating disorders.
