Throughout my professional career, I have studied how to alleviate emotional and physical pain through healthy habits. Therapeutically, I combine techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in individual therapy sessions. I have specialized training psychological and presurgical evaluations.
I have completed specialized training in Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1), a research-supported treatment for couples in distress that works to help intimate partners improve their understanding of each other's emotions, experiences, and communication.
