I specialize in anxiety and depression, ADHD, academic stress, early childhood transitions, parenting support and coping with complex medical conditions. I also enjoy working with medical providers, focusing on well-being and challenges faced when working in stressful health-care environments. With children and adolescents, I utilize a developmental and family centered approach. I strive to provide compassionate and culturally humble care.
