Many of us experience emotional hardships and strains which affect our abilities to create and sustain satisfying connections, or feel like our strongest self. Our emotions can be affected by adjustments, grief and loss, traumas, physical illness, family distress, and life transitions which can have rippling effects across our multiple roles. Taking a step to connect with a trained counseling professional, with whom you feel a strong and safe fit, can be one way to feel support and better. Through individual, couples, and/or group therapy, or appropriate assessment, I hope to offer a range of psychological support.
A trusting relationship is the bedrock of helpful therapy. My approach is insight-driven to help people engage with others intentionally. I work with young adults and adults who struggle with depression and anxiety, relationship strain, trauma, low self-esteem, body image, life adjustments, cultural identities, and chronic illness.
Feel free to contact me when you are ready. Please know that I am not taking new clients presently, though can add you to a waitlist.
