In Home Mental Health Counseling PLLC is for families or individuals who have a difficult time accessing therapy, or who would benefit from having the counselor come to them. Due to illness, transportation problems, disability, finances, childcare issues, or a wide range of other reasons, it can be challenging to get to a therapist's office. With this in mind, my practice offers home-based therapy, just like how doctors make house calls. We offer counseling in the comfort of home. I serve Westchester County and New York City.

Our Center welcomes people interested in counseling or psychotherapy. We are a group of highly trained, experienced and dedicated psychotherapists with a wide range of expertise. Staff includes licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, social workers, psychoanalysts and consulting psychiatrists. Our offices are located in a warm, comfortable, non-medical setting. All sessions are confidential.

I work primarily with individual adults, couples, families and adolescents. I have great success helping patients navigate and healthy boundaries in a relationships and to teach how to deliver respect. Issues I'm best suited to treat are depression and other mood disorders, relationships of all kinds, substance abuse, addiction and recovery. I have experience and training with human sexuality and sexual identity, I'm trained as a family therapist and work with parents to establish healthy boundaries with their children.
