Hello and welcome! My name is Camryn Ridpath and I am a licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia. I am passionate about working with adults as they navigate struggles across all areas of their personal, professional, spiritual, cultural and family life. I have experience providing support to individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship conflicts, life transitions and more! I have a passion for working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, women, and anyone who is looking for healing and support through collaboration, empowerment and empathy.
I strive to guide my clients along their journey to find peace with their past and courage to face the challenges that they may face in the future. My goal as a counselor is to provide individualized treatment that helps my clients to navigate the many trials and joys that life brings.
I take a strengths-based approach to understanding my clients and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental counseling environment that allows room for each client to show up as their true, authentic self.
