I own and operate a multidisciplinary mental health clinic, The Well Psychology and Counseling. Within my practice, I provide psychological assessments for children, teens, adults, and couples with a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, autism, learning disorders, anxiety, trauma, adoption clearance, mood disorders, and more. My comprehensive assessments offer a full picture of how you think, function, and relate to the world by integrating cognitive, psychological, and personality testing. This process includes a clinical interview, objective testing, numerous self-report measures, a 20+ page report, and a feedback session.

Following your evaluation, you’ll receive tailored recommendations for the therapies and interventions right for you. I then personally help match you with a counselor in my office to provide you with ongoing therapy. Within this model, I continue to oversee your care well-after your evaluation and remain available to you for follow-up evaluations as needed.

This bi-weekly support group is designed to help autistic individuals connect with other adults on the autism spectrum. Each session includes a combination of psychoeducation (covering topics like sensory regulation, communication styles, masking, and executive functioning) and counselor-led processing time (where group members can share their experiences and support one another in a safe, affirming space). Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known for years, this group offers a place to explore your identity, build connection, and grow in self-awareness with others who get it. An official diagnosis is required.
