I am accepting new clients including individuals, couples, families, and friendships virtually (Illinois and Washington, DC) and in-person (Chicago). I am passionate about supporting clients with relationship struggles, family issues, self-exploration, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, chronic illness or disability, financial difficulties, trauma and grief. I'm here to join you on your journey – whether that’s solving a specific problem, healing from old wounds, or coping with life’s ups and downs. I focus on building a collaborative relationship with you through empathy and curiosity.

I tailor sessions based on your unique needs – which can look like “homework” in between sessions, talking things out, or challenging you with compassionate accountability

I currently have weekday and evening availability. I am in-network with PPO plans for Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United. I also accept self-pay clients. I am happy to provide a free 20-minute phone consultation to answer your questions as you consider if this may be a good fit for you!
