Sometimes, talking about it doesn’t touch the deeper layers of what you’ve been through. My work focuses on helping you access healing through the body and the unconscious—where trauma, emotion, and creativity live. Using EMDR, hypnosis, sand tray and somatic (body-based) approaches, I help people move beyond old patterns and reconnect with a sense of safety, vitality, and meaning.
I work with trauma, dissociation, mood challenges, and the impacts of neurodivergence. Many of my clients are autistic, ADHD, queer, trans, or non-binary—people who have learned to adapt to a world not built with them in mind. I also love working with artists, writers, and creative professionals navigating identity, purpose, or burnout.
In our work together a space that honors all parts of you—the verbal and the nonverbal, the rational and the intuitive. We’ll access the deeper intelligence of your mind and body to support integration and growth. My office is located in Farragut Square, Washington DC.
