Do you worry if your experiences are "normal"? Do you struggle to feel happy with yourself? Does happiness seem unreachable? Don't worry, these are normal concerns! Many of my clients report starting therapy when all else has failed and that is okay. My clients often come to me worrying if something is "wrong" about them. I help my clients regain a sense of "normalcy" and rediscover the light in their lives. I enjoy using specific and quantifiable goal setting that is unique to each client so we can accurately gauge their progress over time. If you're a visual learner I can even put it on a graph!
I love to use metaphors, jokes, and games to keep therapy engaging and fun while maintaining a productive conversation. Whether it's playing uno or mapping out your support system, I love to incorporate active participation in session especially by having walk n talk sessions at our private park while the weather is nice.

Coffee and Contemplation
This is a group for men from all walks of life looking to find support and community. Males make up approximately 50% of the population yet account for over 80% of the suicides (per CDC). While this group is not exclusively meant for those dealing with suicidal thoughts, the battle against suicide starts with community support. The aim for this group is to provide a place for men to share, grow, and heal without judgment. We will address topics including but not limited to; self confidence, parenting, divorce / breakups, and lessons learned from lived experiences.
