You will use our time together to gain insight, grow, and navigate out of unhelpful patterns. I work well with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, issues related to neurodivergence, and addiction patterns. I specialize in shame, relationship stress, and recovery. My approach to therapy is to assist clients in raising awareness of uncounsious experiences in order to live a more authentic and purposeful life. I aim to assist in shedding light on what is dark with a blend of humor and compassionate challenges that break those unhelpful patterns. My clients leave with a renewed sense of insight, awareness, and empowerment.
Since 2013, I have gained a wide breadth of experience ranging from wilderness therapy to residential treatment centers, working with clients aged 13-72. I was a Clinical Director of a therapeutic program working with dual-diagnosed boys and young men. I am trained in an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt, Brain-spotting, and Relapse Prevention.
