My passion is working with adult women, so much so it’s all I see in my practice! That’s right only women, 18 years and older. The reason I’m so passionate about working with adult women is because of the issues they face and the unique ways those issues look in a woman’s life. I bring over 10 years’ experience working directly with women and their emotional difficulties including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relational issues and codependency, work/life balance, body image, and more.
With my clients, I’m committed to listening to what you're going through, hear your goals and then make therapy recommendations that you feel comfortable and ready to try. I utilize a range of treatment approaches including, talk therapy, experiential therapy, EMDR, Family of Origin exploration, and bolstering coping and communication skills.
