Healing from Trauma
This group is for individuals who have experienced abuse in their past, including but not limited to childhood abuse, molestation, rape, or domestic violence. In the safety of a small, professionally-led therapy group, we will learn that we are not alone and that healing is possible. If you have been hurt as a child or young adult, your pain and suffering does not have to define your life any longer. In this group, we will learn important skills necessary to taking our lives back and moving forward in a healthy way. Membership in this group requires prior screening.

Thriving Through the Divorce Journey
This group is designed to provide a safe, healing space for women going through the painful process of ending their marriages. The goal of the group is to provide support as well as therapeutic healing as members work through the grief and uncertainty that often accompany divorce. Group will meet weekly for 90 minutes.
