I have spent the past 10 years working with adults struggling to overcome PTSD due to sexual abuse, medical trauma, car accidents, the death of a loved one, etc. I have worked with individuals and families as an outpatient counselor, intensive in-home clinician, and in a psychiatric facility. I have experience helping others decrease anxiety and depression, work through life changes, and increase healthy boundaries with others.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) and EMDR Clinical consultant. I use a blend of Trauma Focused CBT and EMDR (as desired) for PTSD symptoms while occasionally using parts work and portions of DBT. I specialize in trauma work, PTSD, anxiety, adjustment to change, resolving financial stress, and creating healthy boundaries.
