About
Camille Thayer LCPC-c is a conditionally licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at New England Family Institute, She has pursued an area of expertise in Family Systems as well as acquired her certification in Telehealth services. Her previous coursework included Counseling Children and Adolescents and has experience working with clients and who have survived trauma. Camille acquired certification for training in Trauma Work as well as IFS techniques. Camille also completed an Externship and certification for training in Emotion Focused Therapy.
Camille uses an integrated approach based on the needs of the client and which theoretical orientation best suits the individual, family and the identified stressor. Camille's specialty and focus is couples and families, trauma-work and working with kids. A published author of a children's book, Camille is passionate about helping youth cope with anxiety.
Camille operates under the belief that we all are products of our experiences, environments and families and that all of these aspects of our lives are part of the picture that make up who we are. Everyone needs a safe place without judgement and someone to talk to. Camille can be that for you.
