Life can look successful on the outside and still feel overwhelming. Maybe you're wondering why you're so exhausted even after doing everything "right," saying "yes" when you really want to say "no," or so focused on achieving that you're not sure what brings you joy anymore. You may also be questioning where you belong or who you are beyond work, expectations, or the roles you've learned to play. I work with BIPOC professionals, mixed-race individuals exploring identity and belonging, and couples - including interracial couples - who want to reconnect with themselves and each other.

Therapy with me is thoughtful, practical, and human - we'll laugh when it feels right, sit with the hard moments when we need to, and focus on tools you can actually use outside our sessions. I'm trained in Gottman Levels 1 & 2, Prepare/Enrich, and EMDR, bringing trauma-informed care to both individuals and couples.

Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or heavy all the time. Healing includes honest conversations, laughter, and celebrating the moments you realize you're responding differently than before. It's not about fixing you, but helping you reconnect with yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and genuinely invested in your growth.

I also teach a lot of skills practice drawn from the Cognitive Behavioral Model, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, and Gottman Methods.
