I am a licensed psychologist who works with older adolescents and adults on a variety of mental health issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, life transitions, and identity concerns. As a former college athlete, I also have a special interest in working with current and former athletes around mental health issues. I enjoy working with my clients to explore how their problems developed, build understanding around why their problematic patterns continue, and empower them to make meaningful changes in their lives.
My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. I often take an interpersonal approach to help clients address problematic patterns in their lives while cultivating a safe space to explore difficult emotions and find resolution. I also employ skills based techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.
