Hi, I'm Camille, glad you found your way here! I work with young adults, individuals, and couples navigating high-functioning anxiety, people-pleasing, life transitions, trauma processing, and relationship patterns. Together we look at the patterns underneath the patterns, what your nervous system has learned, the parts of you in conflict, the stories you've outgrown. My approach is integrative, humanistic, and relational, drawing from CBT, somatic work, mindfulness, and IFS.
As an integrative AMFT, I look at your experience through emotional, somatic, relational, and systemic lenses, because healing rarely happens in one register at a time. I work at a supportive pace, helping you build insight, strengthen boundaries, and shift the patterns that no longer fit. The goal isn't to fix you. It's to help you come home to yourself.
