I strive to empower clients achieve balance and reach the personal growth that can bring satisfaction in life. Seeking support from a therapist happens for various reasons. Sometimes, a life-changing crisis, transition, or past trauma causes undue stress, anxiety, depression, pain, anger, or other strong states of feelings and the person decides to no longer confront their troubles alone. My orientation is eclectic and I blend different techniques from a wide spectrum of distinct theories so that clients reach their optimum potential and receive the most sound treatment for each unique situation. I provide a safe and compassionate environment to help uncover inner emotions, deeper thoughts, and behavioral patterns.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who present with a broad range of issues, from mental distress to parenting challenges. Help for Problem Gamblers
Through a state-grant funding with the UCLA Gambling Studies Program, FREE COUNSELING and FREE THERAPY SESSIONS, in a confidential private practice environment is available to problem gamblers and/or their families (affected individuals). Mental health clinician with specialized training in individual and group work using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy intervention. Group Sessions are currently inactive but you may call to make an appointment for Individual Sessions. This is the same service as referrals that go through the 1-800-GAMBLER Helpline Network.
