I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused and, person-centered therapy, enabling me to customize treatment plans that resonate with each client's goals while taking into consideration the the complex interplay of social, emotional, and environmental factors that shape our lives.
I have had experience in a variety of settings such as in-home, hospital and private practice. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively with clients to help them develop the skills and insights necessary to lead fulfilling lives, navigate life's challenges and build meaningful relationships.
