Therapy offers beautiful possibilities for you and the people around you. If you are seeking therapy, you may be feeling unsettled, upset, or stuck in your partnership, your job, or your life. Therapy can help you grow, replace destructive behaviors with healthy coping skills, or enhance the relationship with yourself and others. Starting, or re-starting, therapy takes courage. I respect your bravery to do the work to live a more authentic and whole-hearted life, and view it as an honor to walk beside you in the process. I offer therapy online so you can work on issues in the privacy of your own space and accommodate your schedule.
I specialize in several areas, some including: trauma/neglect, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, OCD, substance abuse, depression, and performance enhancement. Whatever is troubling you, I offer a compassionate space to explore and understand the issues and help you look at them differently in order to move toward relief.
Would you like your feelings to matter more to yourself and others? I teach people what emotions actually are and how to work with them to feel more vital and less overwhelmed. I offer online therapy in Colorado, Arizona and Virginia. My practice is a LBGTQ safe space. I am a Medicaid provider only in Virginia.

Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago, and Gottman's methods are helpful for relationships, but the ratio of each is tailored to your specific needs. AEDP and ISTDP are "wheel-houses" of my work and enhance any other method used.
