Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Safe Space Therapy. In an atmosphere of safety and trust, I support clients develop insight into their internal experiences and build the skills to support them in navigating their lives. My goal is to help clients create a new meaning of themselves and their experiences that comes from a place of strength and acceptance. I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, identity development and life transitions. I speak English and French and enjoy working expats and first- and second-generation immigrants.
My work is informed by my personal experience working in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. Navigating and assimilating different cultures has given me a deep appreciation for the central role culture plays in shaping us and I engage clients to bring out their unique, culturally nuanced ways of navigating the world.
I am an active, validating, and supportive therapist and take a holistic approach with all my clients.
