You don’t have to sort through it alone. My role isn’t to “fix” you or tell you how to live your life. Instead, I help slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and reconnect you with your own wisdom and strengths. I believe you are the expert on your life. I’m here to walk alongside you, ask thoughtful questions, and support you as you move toward the kind of life you want.
I’ve worked in the mental health field for over a decade and have experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges, including addiction and substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, relationship struggles, sexual wellness concerns, and major life transitions. I welcome and affirm people from all walks of life.
